Ha salido a la luz la Guía Michelin 2009, y ha otorgado sus ya conocidas estrellas a los mejores establecimientos del sector gastronómico.
Para ir abriendo boca, aquí os dejamos los restaurantes premiados con dos y tres estrellas.
Con tres estrellas: Akelarre, Arzak, Martín Berasategui, Can Fabes, Sant Pau y El Bulli.
Con dos estrellas: Tristán, Abac, Atrio, El Poblet, El Celler, Sergi Arola Gastro, Santceloni , Mugaritz y La Alquería de la Hacienda Benazuza.
