La gente de idealista ha elaborado un ranking de las calles más caras de España en términos de coste medio total de cada vivienda (no por metro cuadrado y tampoco para comercios) y en el que destacan Marbella, Pozuelo de Alarcón, Alcobendas, Madrid e Ibiza. La travesía más costosa, con una enorme diferencia, es la calle Granados de Marbella en la que están situadas algunas de las mejores mansiones de la Costa del Sol. No es una clasificación muy fiable pues solo tiene en cuenta viviendas suntuosas.
