Los ayuntamientos más transparentes de España
Los ayuntamientos de Alcobendas, Bilbao, Gandía, Gijón, Oviedo, Ponferrada, San Cugat del Vallés y Torrent están de enhorabuena. Han sido clasificados como los más transparentes de España por la organización Transparencia Internacional, que ha evaluado un total de 110 consistorios en función de 80 indicadores.
Se miden los siguientes criterios: información sobre la corporación municipal, relación con los ciudadanos y la sociedad, transparencia económico-financiera, transparencia en las contrataciones de servicios, transparencia en materias de urbanismo y obras públicas e indicadores de la nueva ley de transparencia.
Los ocho ayuntamientos mejor clasificados han obtenido una puntuación total de 100, sobre una media nacional de 70,9. Les sigue con 98,8 puntos el de Burgos y con 97,5 empatan Albacete, Barakaldo, Getxo, Mataró, Murcia y Puerto de Santamaría. El peor clasificado es Ciudad Real (15 puntos), seguido de Teruel (16,3), Telde (17,5), Talavera (20) y Huelva (20)

Pensaba que el top lo tenía Alcalá de Henares y Badalona estaba igualado. Y en el otro extremo lo encabezaba Elche como la peor.
