La reconversión de los mercados de abastos en centros de ocio
Las principales ciudades españolas están reconvirtiendo algunos sus mercados de abastos en centros de ocio. Madrid tiene su Mercado de San Miguel y pronto tendrá otro parecido en Barceló, Cádiz se decantó por el Mercado Central y Barcelona ha hecho lo propio con el Mercado de Horta, que el sábado 6 de abril abrió hasta las 12 para que los consumidores pudieran degustar tapas y asistir a un concierto.
Y parece que con éxito. Por seis euros era posible probar cinco tapas o bebidas y el Ayuntamiento de la ciudad condal asegura que se vendieron un total de 6.000 degustaciones. La mayor parte de ellas antes incluso de que se abrieran las puertas del mercado. Seguramente repetirán.
