Ciudades inteligentes y ambulancias
Ultimamente se habla mucho de ciudades inteligentes y creo que se está conformando mucho humo en torno a estas dos palabras. Pero hay algún que otro proyecto que entra en este campo y que tiene todo el sentido del mundo. Es el caso de Vi@libre, una iniciativa valenciana para facilitar los viajes de los vehículos de emergencias.
El objetivo es mejorar hasta en un 30% los tiempos de respuesta de las ambulancias que operan en las grandes ciudades. Para ello, se apoya en un mayor flujo de información sobre incidencias y circulación y una mayor sincronización de los semáforos para agilizar los viajes de los vehículos de emergencias.

Me parece una iniciativa realmente muy interesante, ya que podría ayudar a salvar muchas vidas al ofrecer un servicio mucho más rápido y ágil.
Habría que fomentar más este tipo de acciones y que no se queden solo en una ciudad, sino que se expanda y se creen estructuras para que esto sea viable.

Deberíamos explotar más estas alternativas, ya que con los recortes que hay en sanidad, nos estamos matando a nosotros mismos, y iniciativas como estas hacen que sea mucho más ágil y sencillo para el sector de la salud, que pueda acudir donde se le necesite.
