Málaga es la ciudad más “inteligente” de España
Las ciudades de Málaga, Barcelona, Santander, Madrid y San Sebastián configuran el top 5 del ránking de ciudades españolas “inteligentes” por el grado de implantación tecnológica. Así lo revela el estudio (requiere registro) que ha realizado la consultora IDC con el patrocinio de BBVA, Ferrovial, IBM, Microsoft, Sage, Telefónica y Urbiotica.
IDC ha analizado las ciudades españolas de más de 150.000 habitantes, 44 en total, determinando el grado de desarrollo de variables como la sostenibilidad medioambiental, el uso eficiente de la energía, la calidad del transporte o la implantación de la administración electrónica. A partir de estos datos se elabora un índice sintético que mide el grado de implantación de estas tecnologías en las grandes urbes nacionales.
Madrid figura en el ránking gracias a la importante presencia de empresas de tecnología y a ciertas iniciativas de difusión como “La Catedral de las Nuevas Tecnologías”. Málaga, por su parte, ha sido pionera en materia de smart grids, mientras Santander está realizando un gran proyecto de sensorización de la ciudad. En Barcelona destaca por el apoyo al vehículo eléctrico y San Sebastián por haber implicado a la ciudadanía en su estrategia de ciudad inteligente.
