Barcelona abre una web para fomentar la participación online
Creo que el Ayuntamiento de Barcelona es el único en España que tiene un “comisionado” de participación ciudadana. Se llama Carles Agustí y acaba de poner en marcha unas cuantas herramientas de participación online: una web que reúne diversos debates de interés ciudadano y permite hacer preguntas al Consistorio y una estrategia en Twitter con la misma finalidad.
El planteamiento es ambicioso. No solo porque se hayan dispuesto las herramientas, sino también por el compromiso asumido por el Comisionado de “dar respuesta a todas las preguntas”, tanto las que se lancen vía web como las que provengan de Twitter. Nada ha dicho públicamente sobre los debates, pero quiero suponer que los planteamientos que circulen por esa vía también serán tenidos en cuenta por los gobernantes.
Por cierto, la estrategia planteada en Twitter es muy hábil:
– Crear un usuario (@bcn_participa)
– Plantear paralelamente un hashtag (#bcnparticipa)
