Los municipios españoles en los que más se ha construido
El Instituto Nacional de Estadística ha publicado recientemente la lista de municipios con mayor crecimiento en el número de viviendas entre 2011 y 2011. Evidentemente, ganan los alrededores de Madrid y zonas de segundas residencias y creciente población inmigrante, como Cantabria, Almería y Murcia.
Este es el ranking:
1. Arroyomolinos (Madrid): pasa de 2.876 a 10.043 (+249%)
2. Piélagos (Cantabria): pasa de 5.223 a 11.817 (+126%)
3. Torre-Pacheco (Murcia): pasa de 9.460 a 20.386 (+115%)
4. Illescas (Toledo): de 5.609 a 11.941 (+113%)
5. Rivas-Vaciamadrid (Madrid): de 12.731 a 25.374 (+99%)
6. Roquetas de Mar (Almería):
7. Alhama de Murcia (Almería)
8. Valdemoro (Madrid)
9. Vícar (Almería)
10. Ayamonte (Huelva)
11. Navalcarnero (Madrid)
12. Cártama (Málaga)
13. Villajoyosa (Alicante)
14. Puerto del Rosario (Las Palmas)
15. Bormujos (Sevilla)
16. Arganda del Rey (Madrid)
17. Parla (Madrid)
18. Candelaria (Tenerife)
19. Alhaurín de la Torre (Málaga)

También es interesante el ránking de los que han destruido vivienda. En este caso destacan las zonas industriales del País Vasco y Asturias, además de Cieza, afectada por un terremoto. No es fácil entender por qué Mogán ocupa la primera posición pese a haber ganado población en los últimos años.
