San Sebastián, Getxo y Sitges son los municipios con los pisos más caros
San Sebastián, Getxo (Vizcaya) y Sitges (Barcelona) son los tres municipios españoles con mayor precio de la vivienda en diciembre de 2011. Así lo indica el último informe de IESE y Fotocasa, que también señala que entre las 30 localidades más caras hay 16 municipios vascos (el doble que en diciembre de 2010), 10 de Cataluña y 4 de Madrid.
En los 376 municipios con información estadística suficiente como para analizar la variación anual del precio de la vivienda, la tendencia no ha sido uniforme si bien si dominante en sentido negativo. La mayoría, 360 han visto decrecer el precio de sus inmuebles de segunda mano a diciembre de 2011 y respecto al mismo mes del año pasado.
Del resto tan solo uno se ha mantenido constante siendo los 15 restantes los que han experimentado precios de la vivienda de segunda mano con variación anual positiva o crecimiento. Llama la atención que El Ejido (Almería) es el que registra el mayor crecimiento respecto a 2010 (14,9%), posición que ocupó Avilés hace un año. En el extremo opuesto se encuentra Moncofa (Castellón) con una variación interanual del -34,0%.
