Chiprana es el municipio con más paro de España
La localidad zaragozana de Chiprana es la que mayor porcentaje de paro tiene en toda España, según los datos del Inem de octubre de 2011. En concreto, el 35% de sus 276 habitantes (que no es lo mismo que población activa) están sin trabajo. Entre los municipios que superan los 1.000 habitantes destacan los gaditanos de Benalup-Casas Viejas, Barbate, Paterna de Rivera, Medina-Sidonia y Vejer de la Frontera. Entre capitales de provincia, el líder es Melilla.
Este es el ranking de paro entre los municipios de más de 10.000 habitantes:
1. Barbate (Cádiz): 20,3%
2. Medina-Sidonia (Cádiz): 19,9%
3. Vejer de la Frontera (Cádiz): 19,5%
4. Montijo (Badajoz): 18,9%
5. Arcos de la Frontera (Cádiz): 18,4%
6. Chipiona (Cádiz): 17,9%
7. Sanlúcar de Barrameda (Cádiz): 17,4%
8. Monóvar/Monòver (Alicante): 17,3%
9. Crevillent (Alicante): 17%
10. Chiclana de la Frontera: 16,5%
